Art Inspired by Nature

Mikajo Designs was born in 2008 while contemplating the possible uses of leftover aluminum ducting from a home remodeling project. Since then I have created lines of artwork using different mediums and subject matter, until recently settling on ocean and flower-inspired pieces made from wood and painted in acrylics. Take a look at the latest additions to my collection.

I have two main lines of ready painted pieces available for you to choose from. The two lines are inspired by the ocean and flowers. The paintings are representational and painted on a mix of materials. Some are purely decorative and some have a function, such as being a tray or a lazy susan.
